Our Avalon river cruise arranged by Kim was everything I hoped it would be. From our airport transfers, our room on the ship, meals, wine, excursions, everything worked out as planned. In the world of travel, that doesn’t always happen so seamlessly. Kim kept in touch with me before and after our trip to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely have Kim arrange our next river cruise because one is just not enough.

My family went to Disney World for Christmas last year. It was the most magical trip we have ever taken. We enjoyed working with Valerie and she made our experience magical. She did an amazing job organizing our trip with hotel stays, Disney tickets, bus travel, stroller rentals, reservations, etc. She kept us updated with everything that we needed to do and we received all the things we wanted. I wanted to reach out to tell you what a wonderful job one of your agents did in helping to plan our Disney trip last week. Alexa Eastley helped plan the perfect trip for us. We had the most memorable trip to Disney with our son and can’t thank her enough. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. And she was so helpful, responsive and thoughtful from start to finish. Answering all of my questions, preparing us, booking every amazing meal, sending us gifts and even checking in on us when our flight was canceled coming home. We have friends who used their friends as travel agents and they didn’t have nearly the same amount of help and didn’t get all the great character meals that we did. Our family just returned from another wonderful, fun filled vacation that went off without a hitch thanks again to the wonderful job of our favorite travel agent Nikki! From the first idea of a dream trip to WDW to keeping us updated as things were changing on a daily basis while we were in the parks. Over the years of having Nikki book our travel I have learned to trust her “gut”. She told us we should have Genie + I was skeptical, but she kept presenting the reasons why we needed it. This was our first trip to Disney World. We are so thankful we found Patti. She was such a blessing to us. I don't know what we would have done without her. We just returned from our week at Disney World and I couldn't be more pleased with our trip that was planned by Jenn Novotny. She planned everything from rooms. fast passes, parks, meals, stroller, etc. and nothing was left out. She also helped us navigate and make changes due to Hurricane Matthew. Jenn made herself available to answer questions by phone or text which made our navigation so much easier. My family made memories of a lifetime!! My granddaughters were enthralled with all of their princess and Mickey time during meals and in the parks. Bippidy, Boppity was wonderful and my youngest granddaughter continued to paint her face up with the makeup and we got some great pictures to show to her when she is older. I don't know of anything that we missed on trip and can't thank Jenn enough for all that she did to make this trip so special.

My family just got back from Christmas at Disney World. It was the most magical trip we have ever taken. Now that we are back, we are sad it's over and feel like there has been a loss in our family. We truly enjoyed working with Jenn over emails, phone calls and text! It feels like a loss not staying in touch with her. She did an amazing job organizing two families for this trip and at the busiest time of the year. We scheduled this trip a year out and she constantly kept us updated on what we needed to be doing next.
